SEBERT NORD combines experience in vibration technology, equipment engineering, environmental technology and manufacturing. Building on the development of the group, today we bring all competencies together in an integrated structure with short paths from development and production through to quality assurance and delivery.
Initially, the company focused on the sale of wire rope isolators and the production of electrical connectors for aircraft ground power supply and grounding connectors. In 1993, in-house production of wire rope isolators began in Kirchheim, followed by diversification into elastomer and rubber dampers.
SEBERT NORD Gerätebau GmbH & Co. KG was founded to provide even better service to customers in Northern Germany and the Scandinavian countries. The production program was expanded to include special tools for large diesel engines and marine applications.
This was followed by the Dutch company S2T-Trillingstechniek B.V., now a leading company in the environmental industry and closely connected with the TNO transport testing department.
A production plant for vibration dampers and assemblies was established in Romania with an extensive machine park.
In 2024, we celebrate 40 years of innovation and commitment in vibration damping, isolation and shock absorption. Thanks to the vision of founder Karl Sebert, we have built a strong reputation as a reliable partner across various industries.

Following the death of Karl Sebert in June 2025, we are opening a new chapter.
Under the leadership of his widow Rossana Ruth Sanabria Palacios Sebert, MBA, and his stepson Prof. Dr. Dario Müller, LL.M., Sebert Nord unites all competencies and departments under one name - from development and production through to quality assurance and delivery.
With this integrated structure, we simplify workflows and increase both efficiency and quality for our customers.
